Just back from teaching a client in her wonderful garden who invited me to gather some selfheal herbs before the gardener mows it all away! 💜 I’d never heard of it before and did a quick google search to discover I can eat it raw ( purple flowers in pic ) and it has many health benefits 🤗💜☺️
