We’re looking to add a few more players to our Red Falcon U13 Reds squad for the 2026/27 season!

Playing in the Avon Youth League Division 5, we’re looking for Year 8 players who want to develop, enjoy their football and be part of a positive, friendly team environment.

📍 Saturday morning training at Somerdale Pavilion, Keynsham
🏟️ Home matches Sunday afternoons
💪 Previous experience is ideal, but attitude, commitment and a willingness to learn matter most.

If you have a child aged 4–5 years old who loves running, kicking a ball and having fun, this could be the perfect place to start their football journey. ❤️

Our sessions are:
⚽️ Fun, energetic & inclusive
⚽️ Designed to help children learn through play
⚽️ Open to boys & girls aged 4–5
⚽️ Saturday mornings at Somerdale Pavilion, Keynsham and Goals Bristol South during the winter month’s

Whether they’ve never kicked a football before or they already love the game, everyone is welcome at Red Falcon JFC.

Today, our Red Falcon U14 Girls are taking on a challenge of their own — they’re walking Pen-y-Fan to raise money towards new football training kits and equipment! 🏔️⚽️

These girls take on every challenge together, as a team, and today is no different. ❤️

They’re aiming to raise £500, and every donation, no matter how big or small, will help give them the equipment they need to continue developing and enjoying their football.

What an incredible two days of football!

On behalf of everyone at Red Falcon FC, we would like to say a huge thank you to every club, player, coach, volunteer, referee, parent, carer and supporter who joined us across our tournament weekend.

The atmosphere throughout both days was fantastic, with so much passion, encouragement, teamwork and sportsmanship on display. Most importantly, we hope every child enjoyed themselves, made new friends, created lasting memories and went home with a smile on their face.

A special thank you goes to all the coaches for their commitment and positivity, and to the supporters who created such a brilliant environment for the players to enjoy the game.

While there was one unfortunate incident across the two days, we firmly believe it does not reflect the values or behaviour shown by the overwhelming majority of those who attended. The tournament was overwhelmingly positive and filled with respect, enjoyment and a shared love of football, which is exactly what grassroots football should be about.

We are incredibly proud of what was achieved over the weekend and grateful to everyone who played a part in making the event such a success.

Thank you for being part of it. We hope you enjoyed the weekend as much as we did, and we look forward to welcoming you back again in the future.

Together, we created two fantastic days of football.

Red Falcon JFC Tournament Statement

Firstly, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to all of the teams, players, coaches, volunteers, spectators and sponsors who attended and supported today’s tournament. Your support, enthusiasm and commitment help make events like this possible, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who contributed to what was otherwise a fantastic day of football.

Unfortunately, we are extremely disappointed by an incident that took place during this afternoon’s tournament. Following the incident, the teams involved were immediately ejected from the competition in line with our commitment to providing a safe, respectful and enjoyable environment for all participants.

The matter has now been referred to the police, and the relevant information will be submitted to the County FA on Monday for further investigation.

Any information received will be passed to the police and the County FA as part of their enquiries.

Red Falcon JFC has a zero-tolerance approach to behaviour that brings the game into disrepute or compromises the safety and wellbeing of players, officials, volunteers or spectators.

We thank the overwhelming majority of teams and supporters who represented their clubs with respect and sportsmanship throughout the day.

We look forward to welcoming everyone back for Day Two tomorrow morning and hope to enjoy another day of positive football, friendship and community spirit.

🤩 Red Falcon Comets on tour! 🤩

Over the weekend our Comes went to Clevedon. They took part in games and mixed the teams up so they were playing with Clevedon players.

Everyone had a great time, and really enjoyed the two games that we played.
