The U9’s kicked off their league season away this weekend. The boys started the season playing some excellent football, individually and as a team, big well done to all the boys and good luck for the season 💪🟢⚫️

A message from the new club chairman…

Hello everyone,

It’s a real honour to be appointed Chairman of Emersons Green JFC, a club that means a huge amount to me and one that I have a real passion for.

Six years ago, I joined the club with my children when they started their football journeys at Mini Kickers . Six years on, they are both still proudly playing for Emersons teams that I have the privilege of Managing and Coaching.

It’s also a real pleasure to see the hundreds of other children across the club developing, growing in confidence and enjoying their football. Supported by so many fantastic volunteer coaches, managers and helpers across all of our age groups from 3 years old onwards.

As Chairman, I want to build on the excellent work and successful leadership Stuart achieved whilst at the club and continue to drive the club forward and make Emersons Green JFC the very best it can be.

Being part of an exciting committee team, our aim is to create opportunities and experiences for everyone while developing our players, supporting all of our boys and girls teams, encouraging teamwork, friendships and respect and above all, making sure football remains fun.

We want Emersons Green JFC to continue to be a club that our players, parents, siblings, coaches and volunteers can all be incredibly proud to be part of.

There is a lot to look forward to and enjoy and I’m extremely excited for the future of Emersons Green JFC.

📣CLUB ANNOUNCEMENT📣

Emersons Green JFC are delighted to announce the appointment of Nick Pritchard as the clubs new Chairman.

Nick has already dedicated 6 years to the club, gaining valuable experience across a variety of coaching and management roles. Starting with Mini Kickers and progressing successfully with boys and girls teams, Nick is excited to take on this new challenge and help lead the club into an exciting new chapter.

Joining Nick and forming an exciting and ambitious new committee team are:

Nick Wall – Co-Chairman / Boys Welfare
Simon Peters – Club Treasurer
Chris Churchill – Committee Member

Alongside these new appointments, we are pleased that Tracy Bending will continue as Club Secretary, Mark Skidmore as Boys Chairman and Danielle Lloyd as Girls Welfare. Their continued support, experience and commitment will be a huge asset to the committee.
