What's the meaning of life?

It's the ultimate question, and one that I have strived to answer with my life's work.

So I thought, why not make a video about how I have made sense of this existence, and what drives my work, as a full time, professional Wizard.

What is it that connects all of my courses, and the things that I teach in Kundalini Clubbing, and beyond, and all that I have compiled together as Mark's Magical Mystery School, as it is now known, on my Sleeping Serpent website?

What was once a mystery, is increasingly becoming crystal clear to me. For it is asking this very question "what is the meaning of life?" that has driven my life, especially since my Spiritual Awakening, in March 2003, 23 years ago now.

So that is why this week's video from me is called 'The Meaning Of Life Explained in 24.32 mins':

Here in the UK it is Mothering Sunday, so it is the perfect day to celebrate the Divine Feminine, the Goddess, which we all inhabit, as our Shakti energy.

For over 20 years, I have been celebrating Shakti, as she rises up from the Earth Mother, to awaken us deeper and deeper into remembering our true nature as a Soul, immortal, pristine and forever free.

That is why today, I have launched this free YouTube video, to spread the word about the wonder and revelations about the revolutionary practice of Kundalini Dance:

I am so grateful for this practice, for it has shaped me into the Cosmic Dancer that I am today, there is nothing quite like it!

Dear Friends,

Let me share with you my story of the last year and a half.

18 months ago, I went to a workshop at Rainbow Camp, and something extraordinary happened. My Kundalini woke up much more than normal, and without any effort at all.

This surprised me, as I am used to having do extensive Kundalini Yoga exercises to achieve this kind of response from the vital energy within.

A few weeks later I went on holiday to Bosnia, and then again to Serbia, where I had similar experiences of the Kundalini rising without effort, simply by being completely open.

When I returned to the UK, my Shakti Power was surging so intensely that I was forced to completely surrender on my back. until this new level of Kundalini Awakening had fully integrated.

During this process, my body spontaneously erupted into many of the traditional Kundalini Yoga asanas that I practice and teach, but the difference is that I wasn't doing them, they were doing me!

This took a whole new level of surrender and a deep level of trusting in Shakti, that ‘she’ knows best.

She, the Divine Feminine wisdom, guided me to create a whole system that actually works, that is like nothing else that exists anywhere in the world, and yet, it is our birthright, it is our divine blueprint.

The result was that the Kundalini stabilised itself so that it now flows through me without effort all the time.

I don’t believe this replaces the need to do Kundalini Yoga, or Kundalini Dance etc. but it compliments them perfectly, because after you have done all the work, you then need to learn how to completely let go to allow the energy to integrate into the nervous system.

Another way of saying this is that this new approach is the feminine approach, which can be gentle, subtle, graceful and requires much less effort and yet just as powerful as the masculine approach which requires effort, force, will and intent. It is the perfect synergy to realise harmony in the body and mind.
