The best way to spend a Tuesday! Did I add a few remixed choreos - yes I did but you smiled and followed. When I say it doesn’t matter if you’re doing the ‘correct’ step - I mean it - because I’m not always doing it.

Perfection isn’t something we are after in Zumba Dance Party classes - just enjoying moving to great songs.

This is NOT A DIET. I do not believe in them. This is a programme that actually works where we combine movement with balanced eating - and yes balance for me is being able to eat the food I enjoy. None of the calorie counting and depriving yourself from food here.

Emails have been sent to everyone who danced with me in August. In the email you will find an early access code giving you the opportunity to book your spaces before remaining available spaces are released to everyone tomorrow.

A reminder there is no class tomorrow evening.

Ok Bristol - let’s rename the song Beautiful Tuesday because that was AMAZING.

Thank you as always for the best time. Your energy was amazing and wow those ‘heys’ certainly changed following the pre-class pep talk 🤣.
