Wishing a very happy birthday to our coaching team director Helen! 🎈 Her dedication and passion for gymnastics has spanned over 5 decades and we’re so thankful for her leadership, guidance and care 🙏🏼 From competing as a gymnast for both the GB senior and English schools junior teams, to studying Anatomical Sciences at Birmingham University and graduating with a first class honours degree, Helen followed her heart to pursue a career in coaching gymnastics 🤸🏻 An incredible journey for an incredible person and we can’t wait to continue sharing our love for the sport with others alongside her 💙

We are OPEN as usual for bank holiday Monday 🙌🏼 We’d like to thank everyone who attended our summer sessions and look forward to welcoming our members back to our regular sessions 🤸🏻 We start our week off with parent and toddlers (every weekday 9.30-10.15, 10.30-11.15, 11.30-12.15 & Saturdays 9.00-9.45) as well as our recreational, intermediate and competitive sessions 🗓️ See you 🔜

Well done to our competitive gymnasts Riley and Tahlia for their amazing results in their first year exams! 📝 Riley passed all of his first years exams including two distinctions in Sport BTec and Tahlia received a distinction in her first year business exam 👏🏼 An incredible achievement for them whilst continuing their training and attending England squads 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 We are so proud of you both and will continue to support your future 💙
