☕ WE’RE HIRING: CAFÉ MANAGER!

We’re looking for a passionate and organised Café Manager to join the team at Flashpoint / Freedog!

You’ll take ownership of how our Café works, from processes, products and training to standards, performance and fresh ideas, helping us make it an even better space for our customers and community.

💰 £29,500, increasing to £30,000 after probation
⏰ 40hrs per week
🏖️ 33 days’ holiday

With the return of Blokfest after several years, the second Bristol Climbing Championship, a return to silliness in Swansea, a brand-new competition format in Cardiff, and of course a big ol' BOFF! to round off the bouldering season in March, it's going to be a good one.
