💫Online Pilates is back next week!!

It's been far too long and I need to get back to my Pilates practice as much as you! I've done 2 reformer sessions over summer but that's about it!!

Looking forward to getting back to it!

Who's coming to join me? Anyone is welcome and you don't need to sign up for 50 sessions or something ridiculous - you can just pop along once to see how it is and pay-as-you go if that works for you!

Visit my website to book your place.

Let’s make the next few months simple.

If you want clarity before autumn hits (and let's face it the big C word is also never far behind when the summer ends!!! 🤪), let’s break your big goal down into one simple step to get started with.

My Clarity Edit is open - book now for a calmer September.😇

Most of the women I work with are doing all the things — or trying to — but nothing's sticking because they're treating the symptoms, not the cause.

My Clarity Session is one focused hour (with follow up) to get underneath what's really going on, identify where to concentrate your energy, and leave with a plan that's actually built around you.

No overwhelm. No ten-point list. Just real clarity on your next step.

DM me for more information (no web page as yet - need to get my arse in gear!)

Small wins build confidence.
Confidence builds consistency.
Consistency builds everything.

Let's not get overwhelmed by that BIG GOAL we've set ourself to achieve 6 months from now. The problem with focusing too much on the end goal is that we get confused about the steps to take in order to get there, the order in which to take them and then if we mess up one of them we get disheartened and that can lead to sacking things off entirely.

Yes, having that goal to work towards is important, but we firstly, we want to focus on that initial step (a mini goal, that's achievable) and then we want to really celebrate the small wins on the way to that first goal.

Celebrating even the smallest of achievements is mentally so much better for us, helping with our consistency and motivation.

What's your small win of this week?

You don’t need a big plan. You don’t need a massive September overhaul. You just need to show up for yourself in tiny ways.

➡️What are you doing for yourself this week?

Perfection isn't the goal — it's usually the thing that stops you starting at all.

Progress in midlife doesn't need to be dramatic (I'm sure you have enough drama in life in general!🤪).

It's not about overhauling your whole life overnight.

It's the extra glass of water you drank today. The walk you nearly skipped. The workout you showed up to even though you weren't "feeling it."

None of that makes headlines. But it honestly adds up — and it's a lot more sustainable than chasing perfect and burning out.

So be a little kinder to yourself. Better than yesterday is enough!!❤️

😜Probably not something those parents with primary-aged kids want to hear – I no doubt sound like I’m gloating, but honestly your time will come!!

I really relish these more relaxed mornings and I have to admit I’m not looking forward to going back to the school routine in a weeks time!!

Anyone else with me in enjoying the time?!

😮💨If you’re exhausted, it’s likely because you’re doing everything. You’re looking after everyone else's needs and wants and yours go down the list.

Telling you to ‘take time for yourself’ seems daunting and something you maybe don’t feel comfortable doing. But it doesn’t need to be anything big.

You just need to break it down into small wins. Things like:
🚰Drink more water.
🤸♀️Move for 5 minutes.
🍉Eat something that isn’t beige.
☕Sit and drink your coffee alone.

That’s enough. Take those wins!

🤯If the thought of September feels overwhelming, let’s break your goal into the first step — the one that actually gets you moving.

The Clarity Edit is open for September bookings. One step. Zero overwhelm.

🏖️I’m recently back from holiday and it’s been one where I’ve eaten and drunk a fair bit more than normal. But, I’m not about to feel guilty about it, as it was a lovely holiday, making memories and getting time for both fun and relaxation.

❌Let’s step away from feeling like we need to punish ourselves for having these ‘time out’ moments where we do things/eat/drink differently to normal.
❌Stop with the talk about ‘falling off the wagon’ and ‘resetting’ – it’s all about easing yourself back into your routine rather than going gung-ho dieting, detoxing and exercising like never before!

Our body and mind need these times off from regular life, so enjoy it! A week or two on holiday will not ruin your previous efforts.
