End of term 🙃! What a wild, unique and next level awful ride it’s been this (academic) year with my son’s brain injury. I want to say I turned to yoga, but I didn’t, I pretty much avoided it, and only recently I’ve really been able to get back into my own practice at home. However! I am enjoying teaching again here and there, snippets of practice at home, being back at work, and generally just being 💗

I’m not teaching at the moment but I did manage to actually go to class this week (thank you wonderful 🙌) and also a double dip day today in two spots along the river frome, along with the very best .

These last four months or so have been raw and tough, crossing a threshold in parenting we never planned for, my son’s rare neurological condition has changed all our lives. Rare moments of joy do come - mainly in the form of movement and usually outside. Swimming is rare these days, I choose to move in different ways (I’m loving - a completely new form of movement for me). A little lake dip this morning all springy and light, welcome Spring, may you bring the healing energy 🌼
