So who is behind Firewok? Hi, I’m Jake and I like making things, but not having my photo taken! I worked alongside Kevin for several years in the old workshop, and took on the responsibility of running the business in 2025.

Outside of Firewok, I’m often found waist deep in a river while fishing, tinkering on too many projects, or hanging out with my partner Em and our three cats.

Em is also an integral part of the Firewok team, helping me with product design and finance when shes not painting sets for film and TV.

Lastly there’s Steph who’s helping me reach all you great folks with her experience in comms and social media.

We’re excited to be working on developing new products and growing the business over the months and years ahead!

What is the Helix trivet and why might you want one?
