IMPORTANT
🔴 All squad members must have their instructor's permission to attend and must have an up to date KUGB Licence.
🔴 You must let your squad coach know if you cannot attend squad training. You are expected to enter all National competitions and your regional competitions.

Great session last night. Let’s do the maths …

Tonight we completed the kata ‘set’ by running through the kyu, 1st Dan and 2nd Dan katas with a 4th Dan kata thrown in for the giggles. Great effort everyone!

We ended this week with five person bag drills borrowing from Unsu and the Dan grading syllabus. Awesome effort in the heat!

Small class tonight led to a big opportunity to focus on all 3rd and 4th Dan grading katas. Awesome effort!
