👉 Come & Play Sessions are designed for toddlers, from walking to 4 years old, to explore and enjoy the gym. No need to book — just turn up and pay on the day.
£6.20 / 45-minute session

👉 Adult & Child / Home Education Gymnastics are structured, coach-led sessions. Booking is required.
£8.20 / 45-minute session, payable termly.

👉 Independent Gymnastics is a first step towards independence in gymnastics for children aged 3–4 years. Booking is required.
£8.80 / 45-minute session, payable termly. British Gymnastics insurance is required.

Our squad girls have finished their summer training on a real high, showcasing some brilliant gymnastics ❤️

Last week, four of our Performance girls spent an amazing three days at Park Wrekin in Telford! 🤸‍♀️ They worked hard on new progressions, technique and skills, while also having plenty of fun along the way. To come away with 7th and 11th overall out of 42 gymnasts in strength testing, alongside Excel gymnasts and three GB Aspire members, is a brilliant achievement! 👏

Notts Summer Training Camp in Nottingham didn’t disappoint either! Our girls received several pieces of recognition from the High Performance coaches for their fantastic attitude, listening to corrections and achieving new skills. 🌟 And their dance presentation for parents at the end of camp was the perfect cherry on top! 💃❤️

We are so proud of every single one of you — well done, girls! 👏🤸‍♀️

While our competition squad’s summer training is in full swing, some of our gymnasts took on a little extra challenge, fun and learning by attending the NGA Summer Day Camp, hosted by The Academy in Portishead! 🤸‍♀️✨

The girls had a fantastic day and were a real credit to our club, showing a brilliant attitude, great effort and plenty of enthusiasm throughout the camp. We’re also delighted that some of them came away having learned a new skill! 👏💪
