We’re helping spread the word for Made a Mark, who are looking to add to their small team of volunteer drivers.

Their volunteers help deliver memory boxes to bereaved children and families across England and Wales, helping the charity save valuable funds while getting boxes to those who need them.

The first-ever Old Down CC Women’s team took to the field yesterday… and only went and WON the Rockhampton Cricket Club Women’s 6’s! 🎉

A brilliant achievement from S Kendell, S Baker-Green, K Price, O Kirk, K Gander and M Kelly making their ODCC debut one to remember! 👏

This Monday, for the first time ever, a women’s team will represent Old Down CC as they take part in the Rockhampton Cricket Club Women’s 6’s for what promises to be a fun afternoon of cricket!

A great performance from the 2’s, bowling Hambrook Cricket Club out for 140 before chasing it down for the loss of just two wickets.

A day to remember at The Park as Nic Riggs and Andrew Aitken both hit superb centuries in the 2nd XI’s huge victory over Downend CC.

Together, Nic and Andrew put on an incredible 281-run partnership, setting a new highest recorded partnership for Old Down CC and breaking a club record that had stood for 25 years!

Two outstanding individual innings. One historic partnership. And a brilliant day for the 2’s. 💙💛
