Whether you’re a complete beginner or returning to ballet after years away, our Adult Beginner Ballet class is a welcoming space to learn, move and build confidence at your own pace.

Classes include barre and centre work, with a focus on technique, posture, coordination, strength and enjoyment.

Taught by a qualified RAD teacher and licensed Silver Swans® instructor, with experience supporting adults of all ages and abilities.
