Chief Instructor, Michael Harris 5th dan JKA, is an Internationally qualified JKA B Class Instructor, B Class Referee, C Class Examiner, and has been training with the JKA since 1986. He worked with street conflict resolution full-time from 1996 to 2017. World Medalist, 2013; JKA National Medalist, 2011; FEKO National Medalist, 2015; KWF National Medalist, 2016. National England Veteran Kata Champion, 2016. He has trained with many influential practitioners, including late Shihan Enoeda, Soke Kanazawa, Shihan Stephen Chan OBE, Mikio Yahara, Shihan Ueki, Osaka, Tanaka, Malcolm Dorfman & Masao Kawasoe. He continues to train with Japanese & Western Instructors inside & outside the UK. Michael has toured Japan, and also trained in many other countries to increase his knowledge.
