Very well put 🙏

Tai Chi – How it benefits the mind and body is well documented.

But what could You gain from practising Tai Chi? Better posture? Awareness of inner stress? Relaxation? Deeper breathing? Better balance? Easier movement? Inner quiet? All of these things?
What you learn, and the speed which you do, is up to you - but I am there to share my 30 year knowledge and experience of Tai Chi and Chinese approach to wellness. Plus (I am told) the classes are fun.
Curious to explore this for yourself? You don’t need to be fit, flexible or experienced — just come with an open mind and a willingness to explore.
Beginners class starting 29/9/26 at Northcote Hall, BS93TY. Ffi or to book a place contact Karen at [email protected] or 07704478521

“In order to become a master you need 4 things: good teachers; good friends; and to be in the right place at the right time.”
— Dr Shen

Our practice may begin with us — turning up, paying attention, learning the movements, experiencing the result.

But as we continue, we discover how much our progress is shaped by the people around us.

A good teacher guides, inspires and gives us energy. Good friends and fellow practitioners can encourage, challenge and support us.

And being in the right place, at the right time, can create the conditions for something to unfold that we could never have forced.

Perhaps this is one of the gifts of Taijiwuxigong: we practise together, and we grow together - like a forest :)

I am extremely grateful for the teachers, friends and community that make the system possible. 🌿

If you’re in BS3, Southville, Bedminster or elsewhere in Bristol and are curious about Taijiwuxigong, Tai Chi or Qigong, you’re very welcome to come and explore the practice with us.
