Another day in our club and we started with our usual exercises 👏 everyone is getting brilliant at the moves we may need to step it up a notch 😂 this afternoon we decorated plant pots ready for our planting session next week 😊

So sorry for the lack of communication on here we have had a good week trying to keep as cool as possible it’s been a nice week and by her end of today we were all very tired 🥱 have a great weekend all and we will see you Tuesday 😊
