First Wednesday each month a caring, supportive and helpful team offer a free wellbeing session for the Limbless Association at the Bristol Enablement Centre at Cribbs Causeway ☺️ I teach a gentle stretch and breath work session from 11am for half an hour or you can just come and chat with a free coffee and cake with the rest of the team 🦋
