With pre-season wrapped up and the new campaign almost here, we caught up with Reserve Team Manager Ross Durk to hear his thoughts ahead of 2026/27. ⚽️

Ross talks about a stronger mentality within the group, the progress made throughout pre-season and the style of football he wants his side to take into the competitive campaign.

With pre-season complete and the new campaign about to get underway, we caught up with First Team Manager John Gilborson to get his thoughts ahead of 2026/27. ⚽️

John reflects on the summer, the strength and depth added to the squad, the style of football he wants to see and the mentality needed to take the next step.

And when it comes to the target, the Gaffer isn’t hiding from it…

🗣️ “It has to be a promotion push. With the squad depth and some quality added, anything other than a promotion push would be a failure.”

Pre-season ends with a win! 💪

A really positive performance from the First Team last night. We dominated the first half, creating chances and controlling large periods of the game. The second half was a more even contest, but across the 90 minutes we more than deserved the victory.
