We hold judo lessons every Friday evening at Woodingdean Primary School hall during term time. Children 7-8pm, Adults 8-9.30pm. The first lesson is free to try it out, you can come along and just observe to see what it’s all about or join in if you’d like. We recommend comfortable clothing like a tracksuit if it’s your first time. New members always welcome!

We’re always welcoming new members so if you’ve ever thought about trying a martial art that can build confidence and improve fitness then now is the time! First lesson is free with a further discount for NHS staff and their kids!

If you want to give judo lessons a try, just pop along on a Friday evening. Wear comfortable clothes, a tracksuit is suitable and you can join right in from your first (free!) lesson or just sit and observe to get a feel for things before you try. Any questions? Just ask!

We’re back to Woodingdean Primary School this Friday evening for our Kyushindo lessons. We teach in the school hall, down Old Parish Lane and turn in to the school gates for free onsite parking. Juniors 7-8pm, Seniors 8-9.30pm. All welcome!

Lessons are at Longhill Sports Centre this week. We run a mixed age class, Friday 6.30-7.55pm. There’s free parking on the school grounds. All welcome to this session, including newcomers!
