!! Reminder that there are no classes in Woddingdean today !!

This is due to a funeral but we will be back next week.

Huge thanks to all at Gyrohaven for a lovely meal and great service, we were well looked after. Thank you to everyone who came along, it was great to get the Peacehaven and Woodingdean students altogether. Classes on as usual tomorrow and time to start planning for the next event!

Whoever left the water bottle and glasses from todays Tai Chi, I have them safe.

Its been great to welcome so many new faces to our Tai Chi classes, both in Peacehaven and in Woodingdean. Alongside some 1-1 classes it has kept me very busy which is wonderful.

If you havent yet signed up to our Summer meal in June at Gyrohaven then make sure you reserve your place.

We will be at the Woodingdean Community Association and Centre on Saturday 18th April for their open day, come along if you want to do a taster Tai Chi session!

Classes are still on over the Easter weekend so if you need a break from eating chocolate come along, all classes are beginner friendly.

Fancy trying Tai Chi? Classes on Fridays 9.30-10.30am and a second class (seated) from 10.30-11.30, held at the Woodingdean Community Centre. All welcome.
