Tue 7th July - Due to low uptake I’ve had to cancel tonight’s class! Enjoy the hot weather! I’m keeping tomorrow’s class live for now so hope to see you tomorrow!! X Eion

🥵 It’s hot but not crazy hot!… I see the heatwave is due to hit later in the week so all of the classes this week are ON!! I’ll get all the fans blowing their hardest and the temp in the hall should be okay! 👌🏻 🧊

Please feel free to join in the fun at Fairlight Primary School this week - it’s on at 6:30pm for an hour and costs £8 a go! Pay on door with a card - all welcome!! New and old alike!!

🌟 LIGHTEN YOUR WEEK! 🌟 Come along and get moving to some joyful sounds and delicious grooves in your local area! (If you’re in Brighton that is! Haha)

Temperature is staying down for a bit so it’s not too hot to be dancing inside.. expect loud music and a mix of uplifting Disco Pop Anthems and world rhythm lead beats!

Having some new people come along which is always welcomed.. all levels are captured too.. also seeing lots of you return which has been amazing! So nice to catch up with you again!

Hello All!

Cor blimey it’s toasty! 🔥

Tonight the school has said we can go outside into the playground! If you’ve not been outside before it’s a wonderful experience!

Its a bit of an experiment to see how hot it is - so if any point you think it’s too much - I will give you a full refund so I’d love for you to try risk free! Haha

It’s in the shade at 6:30pm and there’s a nice breeze outside so I think it could be lovely!

Bring extra water if needed !! I’ll make sure the playlist isn’t too crazy so we get some nice exercise without it being too much!

Just arrive at usual doorway for entry..
