☀ Meet The Team ☀ : "Hey I'm Joe and I've been working as an instructor at High Sports Brighton for about three months.
After doing NICAS when I was younger and taking a break, I came back to climbing about 2 and a half years ago and absolutely fell in love with the sport.
My favourite kind of climbing is Trad but as long as my hands are on a rock and I'm feeling a bit scared, I'm a happy guy.
If I was to be a climbing hold I would be a crack because why would you want to be anything else?"

We’re thrilled to be Official Partners of , celebrating the importance of for all: to help everyone enjoy sport and physical activity.
We all remember that coach - the one who made it fun.
The person who helped us fall in love with the sport at the same time as helping us safely learn important skills.
Help us celebrate those people who bring joy, creativity and connection to every session by commenting your favourite interaction with a coach, instructor or route setter (it doesn't have to be limited to climbing!). Bonus points if it was a game!
We firmly believe play isn't just for kids and think climbing lends itself perfectly to creating fun challenges and games (Volapalooza anyone?). So and share the joy by letting us know.
Also, if you're a coach with a game your participants always enjoy, or, if you have an idea for a great climbing game or a firm favourite you already use, let us know! At the end of the week, UK Coaching will be collating the best ideas and games into a Playbook, as a practical resource that can be shared to bring more play into coaching sessions for people across the UK.
