🌿 Women’s Sauna Session | Thursday 27th August | 6.30-8.30pm 🌿

Our monthly Women’s Sauna Session is a dedicated space for women to step away from the everyday and spend two restorative hours by the sea, slowing down, reconnecting and taking some much-needed time for themselves.

You can move freely between all three saunas, sink into the warmth and let our trained Sauna Master guide you through nourishing leaf-whisking rituals and scents while you sauna.

These sessions offer you space to truly let go. Come alone or with a friend, connect with others or just enjoy the peace and quiet. It’s totally up to you.

🌿 New Event | Grief Sauna with Saorla 🌿

We are honoured to welcome Saorla Wright, Irish sauna master, Grief Sauna founder and storyteller, who will be hosting a poignant and restorative grief sauna session at Beach Box.

Saorla is a Lithuanian-trained sauna master using traditional practices to call in the elements and ancestors to hold inclusive, transformative spaces.

They are praised for their powerful events in multiple news articles and Rosanna Cooney’s “Sweathouse”.

This space is carefully created for people who need a rest, a place to grieve or a place to listen to themselves.

If you are dealing with grief and looking for a quiet, mindful space to pause, reflect and simply be, you are warmly invited to join Saorla for this very special session.
