The tournament is open to local league players looking for competitive matches, ranking experience and a full afternoon of table tennis.

The final competition format and prize allocation will be confirmed once entries close, based on the final number of players, with the aim of giving everyone plenty of competitive matches and good table time.

Entries now close Friday 28 August, so there are only a few days left to enter.

Hi everyone, just a quick update on the Hollingbury Senior 1★ Tournament 🏓

There will now be a £150 LOKI equipment prize pool, with prizes spread across the Main Draw, Consolation and Lower Placement sections, so it won’t just be the overall winner receiving something.

There are 8 equipment prizes in total, including:

Arthur Europe rubber
K5 blade
RXTON 3, RXTON 5 and RXTON 1 rubbers
LOKI glue and protective film
Rubber roller
Bat cleaner

It should be a good entry-level ranking tournament for local-league players who want official competition experience, TTE ranking points and plenty of matches.

Fancy trying an official table tennis ranking tournament without jumping straight into one of the bigger national events?

The Hollingbury Senior 1★ should be a great entry-level event for local-league players looking to gain official tournament experience, compete for TTE ranking points and get plenty of matches.

Players will begin in seeded groups before progressing into the Main Draw, Consolation Draw or placement matches.

Junior Group Coaching
Sundays 1:00pm–2:50pm
For beginner to improver juniors
Focus: technique, movement, consistency, fun drills, and matchplay

Adult Group Coaching
Sundays 3:00pm–4:50pm
For beginner, returner, and improver adults
Focus: technique, footwork, rallying, confidence, and matchplay

Price: £15 per session
First trial session: £10 for new players

These sessions are a great way to improve your table tennis in a friendly and structured environment.

Spaces are limited, so advance booking is recommended.
