❤️ Parent Feedback ❤️
There’s no better way to understand the impact of JOLF Nurture than hearing from the families of the children who take part.
This feedback from a parent means the world to us:
“Since going to JOLF at school, my daughter is more positive about having fun when playing sport and her confidence has grown. My daughter loved it when it was Monday and a JOLF day! Thank you JOLF 😊”
This child attended all five JOLF Nurture sessions and, despite never having played golf before:
⛳ Loved playing JOLF
⛳ Wants to play more golf
⛳ Showed a clear improvement in confidence
⛳ Improved emotional well-being
⛳ Developed turn-taking, sharing, resilience and pride in her efforts
⛳ Became more positive about being active
This is exactly why JOLF Nurture exists. It’s about so much more than golf. It’s about building confidence, developing life skills, encouraging children to keep trying, and helping them discover the joy of being active.
A huge thank you to the Kate & Justin Rose Foundation for making these opportunities possible. Their continued support allows us to bring JOLF Nurture to more children, helping them grow in confidence, resilience and enjoyment of being active.
And finally, thank you to every parent who takes the time to share their feedback. Every response helps us demonstrate the incredible difference JOLF Nurture is making in schools.

Adaptability at its very best!
This challenge proved a tricky one for the children this week.
Most of the playing area had short, fast-running grass, but this hole was full of wispy, longer grass – almost like putting through the rough! ⛳️ It meant every shot needed a little more thought, control and patience.
The brilliant thing? Every single child embraced the challenge, adapted their game and kept trying.
That’s one of the hidden lessons within JOLF. Different surfaces, different conditions and different challenges all encourage children to think, adapt and discover new ways to succeed.

Sometimes it’s the subtle things that make the biggest difference.
Different balls
Different weights
Different sizes
Different textures.
Every small change asks the children to adapt. They naturally adjust their strike, control their speed, and think differently about every shot.
Most of the time, they don’t even realise it’s happening. They’re simply playing, experimenting, and finding solutions for themselves.
It’s all carefully planned… part of the “dark arts”of JOLF 😉
