What a couple of weekends back at training after the summer break! The competitive squad upping their game with loads of new skills! Great work everyone ✨✨

As young people across the country pick up their GCSE results today remember this,

A slightly belated post for our League Competitors over the weekend of 27/28 June in Cardiff.

Great effort from all Up’n’Downs club members with Leon coming away with a deserved 🥇 Gold Medal.

Lots of new skills on display and an amazing effort from all competitors - we are super proud of you all!

All club members are invited to wear short sleeved leotards or short sleeved T-shirts to train in this weekend.

Please bring PLENTY OF WATER - if you do not bring a drink you may not be allowed to train.

Please remember to bring your socks and also CROP T-SHIRTS ARE NOT PERMITTED for any age group
