14 weeks in and just under 10kg down.. sitting at 83.4kg and feeling good!
Not pushing anything too hard, starting to really see some definition and feel like I’m holding my mass well! Another half a stone to go before pulling back up.. let’s goooo 💪🏻

Still going with the cut.. down 8kg now.. no drastic changes in the pics but def feeling tighter and thinned out nicely through the trunk!
Weight drop slowed a bit over last couple weeks, but that’s on me as I’ve allowed some extra flexibility 🐷 Another solid drive for it now though and looking forward to drying it out a bit 💪🏻
