After a great summer break, we’re excited to welcome all our young students back to the mats from Tuesday 2nd September.
Back to learning, building confidence, discipline, friendships and, most importantly, having fun through Jiu-Jitsu.
We can’t wait to see everyone again!

The earlier they start, the more time they have to grow.
At 5 years old, Jiu-Jitsu isn’t just about learning techniques. It’s about learning to listen, focus, follow instructions, face challenges and find the confidence to step forward even when they feel nervous.
This is one of the greatest things Jiu-Jitsu can give a child: the opportunity to face challenges in a safe and supportive environment and discover, little by little, what they are capable of.
We’re not just teaching children Jiu-Jitsu.
We’re helping them build the confidence, discipline and resilience to step forward in life. 🥋❤️

Some moments in Jiu-Jitsu mean more than words can explain.
started this journey with us as a white belt. Through the years, I’ve watched him train, learn, struggle, improve and, most importantly, keep showing up.
Black belt is not just about how good your Jiu-Jitsu is. It represents years of dedication, consistency, loyalty and all the sacrifices that people outside the mats don’t always see.
Watching Steven walk through the crowd to receive his black belt was a very special moment for me as a coach. But seeing him afterwards, emotional as he spoke about his journey, and seeing his wife proudly taking photos from the crowd, was a reminder that no one reaches this point completely alone.
Behind every black belt there is a story. There are training partners, coaches, friends and family who have shared part of the journey.
Steven, it has been a privilege to watch you go from white belt to black belt and to be part of that journey.
You earned this one. 🥋🖤
