The deeper I’ve gone into women’s health, both through my own journey and my training, the more strongly I’ve come to believe that we can’t look at one symptom, one food, one supplement or one workout in isolation.
Our bodies don’t work like that….
Hormonal health is influenced by so many different parts of our lives.
- How we’re fuelling ourselves,
- how we move,
- how much we recover,
- our sleep,
- stress,
- nervous system,
- our environment
AND, of course, what’s actually happening throughout our cycle.
My approach has never been about trying to do all of those things perfectly.
I still use products that contain fragrance. I use plastic. I have meals out and order what I actually want. I have stressful weeks. I miss workouts. I doom scroll at night. I drink alcohol. I live a very normal life.
For me, it’s about AWARENESS rather than obsession.
Making small changes where I can.
- Eating in a way that supports my body rather than restricts it. - Moving differently depending on what I need that day.
- Prioritising recovery.
- Supporting my nervous system.
- Paying attention to my cycle and actually noticing the signals my body is giving me.
Because I really don’t think the answer is another extreme wellness routine that gives women more things to worry about.
It’s learning how your body works, understanding what can influence it, and having the tools to support it.
That’s the whole reason I created Sync in the first place. And the more research that comes out, the more passionate I become about making this information feel accessible rather than overwhelming.
Because understanding your hormones shouldn’t be a trend.
It should be something we’re taught 🤎

Comment ‘RESET’ if you’re ready to start working WITH your body 💚
I look at the photo on the left now and I remember how frustrated I was because I really did think I was doing everything right.
I was working out, trying to eat healthy, choosing the lower calorie options, tracking everything, pushing myself when I was tired and thinking I just needed to be more consistent. I was so hard on myself and unhappy.
I didn’t realise how much of what I was doing was actually fighting against what my body needed.
Over the last few years I’ve completely changed the way I look after myself.
- I eat more.
- I lift weights.
- I work out differently depending on my cycle.
- I care about my nervous system and stress levels just as much as I care about movement and nutrition.
- AND I’ve learnt that feeling tired, hungrier, bloated or less motivated at certain points in my cycle isn’t something I need to fight against.
I think that’s been the biggest change of all.
I understand my body now in a way I NEVER used to.
If you’ve ever wanted to try cycle syncing, or just want to work WITH your hormones then join me on the 1st of September!
I’ve created a 30 day hormone reset. It’s EVERYTHING I wish I had when I first started this journey.
And that’s really what I want the next 30 days to be about.
Not another challenge where you have to be perfect for a month, but 30 days of learning what your body needs, why it needs it and how you can actually support it through your workouts, food and everyday life.
The 30 Day Hormone Reset starts September 1st.
I genuinely CANNOT wait to do this one with you.
