As you can see from us having way too fun filming this😂😂we are SO EXCITED to be bringing you Pilates X Flex collab sessions this summer, focusing on the hips/spine!🤩✨🌞🍓💘

THESE SESSIONS WILL BE HOSTED ON:

✨Wednesday 5th August

and will take place on our fav Hove Lawns🌱⛱️🩷

Sessions will be 1.5 hours TOTAL, starting with a fresh & fabulous 45 min Pilates sesh, and followed with a funky & frisky 45 min flex session.
