The Brighton Vespa Club annual Summer Solstice Ride, 2026.

Another glorious, warm and sunny evening for our annual ride.

This event is open to all clubs, groups and scooter riders.
This year we had 52 in attendance.

Meeting at the The Crescent we take a moment to catch up with friends and make introductions.

Setting off, we follow the usual route through Seven Dials, up the D**e Road which eventually takes us into the rolling hills of the South Downs.
The finishing point being at the top of the hill at Devils D**e.

European Vespisti Week
Oostende, Belgium 2026 🇧🇪

4 of us from the BVC hit the road on the Thursday evening to catch the 11pm night ferry to Dieppe.
Thankfully we had a cabin to sleep in.

We landed and set off into France at 05:20am.
After 8 hours of riding in all weather conditions, we reached Oostende.

We were welcomed into our brand new hotel with heated underground parking for the Vespa’s, this was perfect.

We had a great time riding around Oostende, meeting fellow vespisti’s and clubs at the event Vespa Village.
We even made a ride out to Bruges, to sample the chocolate, not the beer.

This was a thoroughly enjoyable event and extremely well organised by Vespa Club Europa and the host Club Vespa Club Oostende

Monthly Ride Out - May

We met early in central Brighton at the Level park cafe.
The sun was shining as we took the coast road west, all the way along to the Sea Lane Cafe in Goring by sea 😎
