Roller skiing is normally seen as the summer version of cross country skiing on snow.
However roller skiing is also now a sport in its own right and is gaining momentum in the UK and a fantastic way of getting a complete body workout.

We will be back in Hove park tomorrow at 10am meeting at a new place. Just opposite from The Droveway on top of our hill climbing hill. It's easier to park around there. We will also have our AGM after our session. You can join us for both, everyone is welcome.
