It’s been a long journey with 3 injuries one after the other, and now I’m back on week 7 of training again.

Only training 3 times a week, sometimes 4:
- 2 upper sessions
- 2 lower sessions

Honestly, getting back into it hasn’t been easy. There’s always that little bit of nervousness… trying to be careful enough not to flare anything up, whilst also trying to get stronger again.

I’ve not been this out of shape in a long time, but week by week I’m starting to see improvements.

It’s always hard starting again.
But staying stuck is harder.

If you’re not an animal person… this probably isn’t your gym 🐾

Would this make you sign up immediately or run a mile?

The biggest thing with nutrition?
Finding things you genuinely enjoy and can stick to consistently.

After nearly six months out with injury, it feels good to finally be back.

Not quite where I want to be yet - fitness, form and routine have definitely taken a hit - but that’s part of it after being forced to stop doing something you love.

The hardest part hasn’t just been the physical side. It’s been missing the structure, the outlet, the feeling that training gives you mentally as well.

Now it’s about building back up, staying consistent and trusting the process again 💪

You don’t need more motivation.

You’ve probably had loads of it.
The “this week I’m serious” energy.
The fresh start Mondays.
The bursts where you’re all in…

And then life happens.

You’re tired. Busy. Can’t be bothered.
And suddenly it’s been a week… or three.

That’s not a motivation problem.
That’s a system problem.

Because the women who actually see results?
They’re not more motivated than you.

They’ve just stopped relying on it.

They’ve got structure.
They’ve got accountability.
They’ve got someone expecting them to show up - even on the days they don’t feel like it.

That’s the difference.

So if you’re stuck in the cycle of
“start strong → fall off → start again”…
maybe it’s time to stop doing this on your own.
