🏡 WE’RE HIRING – SELF-EMPLOYED PROPERTY ASSISTANT 🏡
📍 Brighouse | Halifax | Huddersfield
💷 From £16 per hour
🚗 Full UK driving licence essential
We’re looking for a reliable, friendly and enthusiastic person to join our growing holiday-let business and help look after our 16 properties across West Yorkshire.
This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys being out and about rather than sitting behind a desk!
✨ What you’ll be doing:
• 🛁 Emptying, cleaning, refilling & maintaining hot tubs
• 🧹 Checking, cleaning and preparing properties for guests
• 🧺 Making sure properties are fully stocked and guest-ready
• 🔑 Carrying out guest check-ins and check-outs
• 🔧 Monitoring maintenance and checking completed repairs
• 🚗 Travelling between our properties across Brighouse, Halifax & Huddersfield
• 😊 Providing friendly and professional customer service
We’re looking for someone who is:
✅ Organised and able to use their own initiative
✅ Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
✅ Friendly and confident with guests
✅ Physically fit and happy with a hands-on role
✅ A full UK driving licence holder
✅ Comfortable working independently
No previous property experience is essential – full training will be provided! 🙌
🗓️ Typical working days/hours:
Monday: 10am–4pm
Wednesday: 10am–4pm
Saturday: 9am–12pm
Sunday: 10am–1pm/4pm (depending on requirements)
📍 You’ll need to be able to reliably commute to Brighouse and travel between our properties.
