This is NOT an instructional video on how to correctly perform a deadlift. I am aware that my form isn’t great due to how heavy this is for me. I’m not planning on repeating it until my form improves at lower weights. HOWEVER, I wanted to prove to myself that I could do it and I have finally reached triple figures on my deadlift. 100kg and 1.5 times my body weight. I’m chuffed I lifted it 😁
