🔥 NABBA MENS CRITERIA - MEN'S BODYBUILDING - CLASS 1, 2, 3 🔥

• Mr Class 1 height Over (1.79m)
• Mr Class 2 height Over (1.72M) up to and including (1.79M)
• Mr Class 3 height Up to and including (1.72 m)

Judging Criteria

Judges assess the overall quality of muscular development.
Key areas include:

Muscle Mass — overall muscular size and development.
Definition — clear, conditioned muscularity.
Proportion — balanced development between all muscle groups.
Symmetry — balanced development between the left and right sides.
Stage Presence — posing, confidence, grooming, skin tone, charisma and poise.
Overall balance and physique quality are more important than size alone.

Attire
Properly fitting bodybuilding posing trunks compulsory.
No restriction on colour or material.

Round 1 — Quarter Turns

Athletes line up in a front stance.
Perform quarter turns as directed by the judges.
Hold each stance for assessment.

Judges assess:

Mass
Definition
Balance
Symmetry
Proportion
Athletes may be rearranged to assist judging.
This round helps determine the initial call-outs.

Round 2 — Comparisons / Call-Outs
Athletes are called forward in groups of 4–6.

Judges will request:

Abs & Thighs
Front Lat Spread
Front Double Biceps
Side Chest
Side Triceps
Rear Lat Spread — showing hamstring & calf
Rear Double Biceps
Most Muscular

Athletes not being compared remain in the front stance with no posing.

Round 3 — Individual Routine

Each athlete performs an individual posing routine.
Display all muscle groups to their best advantage.
Mandatory and non-mandatory poses may be used.
Present with confidence and control.

60 Seconds maximum using Athletes Chosen music.
Pose-Down & Awards
Athletes may be asked to perform 30 seconds of free posing.

Athletes then assemble at the rear of the stage.
Placings and awards are presented.
