Essential:
✔ Strong swimmer
✔ Enjoys working with young people
✔ Physically fit & active
✔ Happy outdoors in all weather
✔ Enjoys sport & physical activity
✔️ Current first aid certification

Desirable (not required for assistant ):
• Lifesaving / Beach lifeguard
• First Aid
• Climbing qualifications
• White Water Rescue
• Watersports coaching
