MOT advisory for new wishbones as the bushes were starting to deteriate 👨‍🔧🧰

This vehicle had a blocked DPF 🙄,causing engine management lights💡 and the vehicle was dropping into limp mode🥴.
A forced DPF re-gen wouldn't clear it😵‍💫 so a new DPF was needed👌.👨‍🔧🧰

This is a bottom pully or as some people like to say a harmonic balancer 🎶, no it doesn't sing🤫.
This is a steel rubber mounted pully wheel🛞, designed to stop vibration through the vehicle✋️.
With long usage the rubber degrades and the pully falls off🫣, resulting in no power steering, no water pump, no air con and no charge to the battery😳😲.
For a little pully it has a big job🎖.👨‍🔧🧰

This vehicle had multiple miss fires🔥, on inspection🔍 I discovered that the spark plugs were badly worn🤔, check out the difference on the gap size on the element📏,(the top curve) this resulted in the spark being intermittent ⏰️which caused the problem 😵‍💫.
New plugs problem solved 👨‍🔧🧰

This filter stopped doing its job a long time ago😔.
Ive said it many times, a service is cheaper than a new engine 😉.

New wheel bearings needed on both sides for this vehicle. It was rather noisy.👨‍🔧🧰
