For those who didn't quite make it this time, keep your heads up. Take on board the feedback you have been given, continue to train hard, and come back stronger. A black belt is not simply awarded; it must be earned through commitment, determination and continuous improvement.

Success is not measured by how many times you pass, but by how many times you get back up and keep going.

It has been a fantastic week of training again at the MSK dojos so far. We are at the Brecon dojo for classes as usual in the am. Looking forward to seeing everyone there. Oss 🥋
