Today we celebrated our 1 year anniversary at Hendy Chair-robics. I wanted to say a huge thank you to every single person who has been part of it.

I’m so proud of this fabulous group, who turn up regularly, work hard, laugh (often at me 😊) and encourage each other. I can see confidence building, strength and mobility increasing as well as friendships developing, it’s such a joy to see.

Thank you for trusting and supporting me 💙🧡

Thank you to Fitter Body Ladies Hendy we love having our classes in your fabulous studio.

Thank you to all the staff at the Canolfan Gwili Centre, Hendy, you are wonderful.

Thank you to Dee-licious Bakes & Balloons by Dee for the most amazing cake.

What a brilliant evening at the Fitter Body Ladies Hendy Awards Night on Saturday at Canolfan Gwili Centre, Hendy.

A room full of exceptional women, all supporting and encouraging each other. Every single woman who walks through the studio doors deserves an award. They work hard, keep showing up and are making such a positive difference to their health, strength and confidence.

One of the many highlights of the evening, was when the members presented each of us coaches with our own individual award 🩷. I was genuinely touched and very grateful 🙏.

Fitter Body Ladies is so much more than just a gym. It’s a place where women lift each other up, celebrate progress and have a laugh along the way.

If you’re over 30 and looking for a friendly, welcoming gym where you’ll feel supported from day one, get in touch. You won’t regret it.
