An overdue update on our lovely Banjo! Still being the best patient, almost 3months since his accident and he’s doing incredibly well, the wound is healing very well and our vet is happy with the progress… hopefully not too much longer before he can be bandage free! 🤕 Thank you for your continued love and support 💙

Banjos leg continues to heal well, however he had to have some proud flesh cut back to help with the healing process. The vet is happy with how it is progressing so far. He’s in high spirits and being such a good boy considering he’s now been in his stable for several weeks! Thank you for your continued support 💙

Hey everyone, I’ve set up this page to help raise awareness and hopefully some funds for Banjo.
Unfortunately on Christmas Day Banjos field gate was intentionally opened by someone (we don’t know who) Banjo took this opportunity to go for a stroll.
He made his way to a neighbours place, but unfortunately this involved crossing a cattle grid which it looks like he tried to jump. This caused horrific injuries to one of his hind legs, with the help of some amazing vets and the staff at Tregoyd Riding Centre Banjo is very slowly recovering. However this will take months to heal and the vet bills are ever increasing.
After being hit hard by the pandemic the centre could use a little help with this, which is why I’ve decided to set up this page.
I will be adding a link to a gofundme, I know times are tough for everyone but if you can help even a little it would be hugely appreciated.
Banjo is an amazing horse and loved by everyone 💙 Thank you for taking the time to read this.
