Thankfully, it was just the right amount of sunny and warm in the studio today ☀️
We worked on soothing the nervous system, releasing tension, mindfully connecting to the pelvic floor, strengthening the structures that help support the pelvis, and anchoring our awareness with the oh-so-mighty breath 💜
I loved every minute of our class today. Thank you for your trust and your presence 🙏
