Branshaw GC had a double triumph in the final of the Lawrence Batley seniors this year played at Halifax GC last week. Steve Busfield won the individual title beating a player from Hanging Heaton 4/3. The team beat Crow Nest GC securing the win on the 3rd play off hole.

Captain Duncan Bairstow would like to thank all players who have represented BGC this year and said his most important decisions had been when picking players for the play offs as Branshaw won their Quarter final & Semi finals in similar fashion. A great season and looking forward to competing in the A division next year.

👏 A Fantastic Fundraising Effort
A special mention to Stef Buckley, who raised £220 through raffle ticket sales at the Snooty Fox, Peter Ousey, who raised £870 through the 18th Hole Challenge, and Ollie Spencer, who raised a further £200 selling football cards on the day.

Thank you also to the many golfers who generously donated their prize money back to charity.
