Last Wednesday was a great evening and even better atmosphere.

Come down and support the boys tonight from 9pm.

Table nibbles and complimentary snacks will once again be served.

This Sunday the 28th of June the 1st team have made it through to Round 2 of the T20 bash.

EBCC has been chosen to host the next round in Pool A (which includes EBCC, Pudsey St Lawrence and Bradford & Bingley).

Come down and support the lads, watch some explosive cricket and enjoy the best horizon view in the league.

Breakfast sandwiches will be served in the morning and a bbq on the go from lunch time onwards.

As always, the bar will be open for liquid refreshments throughout the day.

Saturdays Results.

The 1st team suffered a four wicket defeat to Birstall. Nate Holdsworth blasted 77 from only 53 balls and Adam Brown added 42 in a seventh-wicket partnership worth 109 but fell from 180/6 to 184/10.

In reply Birstall chased down 185 despite 2/33 from Abdullah Khan and 2/74 from Asad Raza.

Player of the match - Nate Holdsworth (sponsored by Friendly Animal Clinic) for his 77 from 53 balls.

The 2nd team defeated Farsley by 67 runs. Batting first we posted 185 thanks to 73 from Ross Monaghan and 21 from Tom Hoyle.

In reply our opening bowling pair of George Bedford Walker (3/17) and Steven Nicklin (2/53) restricted Farsley to 62/6. Paul Martin wrapped up the innings with 3/23 to bowl Farsley out for 118.

Not only did the ladies enjoy a friendly this evening, it was also a very special day as we celebrated Daisy's 18th Birthday! 🥂🎉🎁 Thank you for choosing to spend your birthday evening on the cricket field with the girls – we hope you've had a fantastic day! 🩷

Although ladies' training at the club may be cancelled this evening, the hard work doesn't stop there. The team will still be getting some valuable match practice as they take on the wonderful M**f Field in a friendly fixture.

We had a brilliant start to the evening with fantastic performances from Katie and Jo, with Jo also smashing a six 🎉 We racked up an impressive 12 fours throughout the game with half of them coming from Jade 🤩 Jade also took a fantastic catch 🎉

Despite a strong performance all round Low Moor Holy Trinity Cricket Club took the win 👏👏👏

Plenty of positives to take away, lots to work on but lots to be proud of! ❤️🏏
