You’ve heard of Couch to 5K… but have you heard of COUCH TO TROT?! 😍

We’re excited to introduce our brand-new riding group at Cliffhollins Riding School on a Thursday afternoon.

🌟 Couch to Trot is a 1-hour session designed to help you learn the basics of horse care and riding, with the main focus being on BUILDING CONFIDENCE.

This group is perfect for:
🐴 Anyone who has always wanted to try horse riding
🐴 Complete beginners who don’t know where to start
🐴 Anyone wanting to get back in the saddle after a long break
🐴 Riders who have lost their confidence and want to rebuild it
🐴 Anyone who wants to learn in a relaxed, friendly and supportive environment

There’s no pressure to be perfect — just small steps, plenty of encouragement and lots of time to get to know the horses and enjoy being around them. 💕

Whether you’re taking your first steps into the saddle or finding your confidence again, Couch to Trot could be just what you’ve been looking for!

☀️ After a busy summer of riding and holidays ☀️🐴

We’re delighted to be getting ready to welcome back our Changing Life Through Horses groups! 💕🐎

We can’t wait to see all of our existing students again, as well as meet lots of our new students who will be joining us. We’re looking forward to another fantastic term filled with horses, learning, confidence, friendships and, of course, plenty of fun! 🥰🐴

📅 Please note: Due to the scattered school start dates througtout the first week of term all groups will begin during the week commencing 7th September.
