Yorkshire Amateur Championships ⛳

Two Bradford Moor members flew the flag in the first two days of the Yorkshire Amateur!

Iain Walker got things underway with a respectable 77 on day 1, but a tougher day 2 (83) meant he narrowly missed the cut for day 3. Great effort, Iain! 👏

New man on the scene Andy Busfield has been the standout performer, shooting an impressive 73 on day 1 followed by a 76 on day 2 — comfortably making the cut for day 3! 🙌

Andy’s got 36 holes to play today, so let’s get behind him and show our support! Come on Andy! 🏌️‍👏🏻👏🏻

Stick around because we've got the incredible Letitia George Music performing live! A powerhouse vocalist with huge energy and even bigger notes – you might recognise her from The Voice UK 🔥 This one is NOT to be missed. Bring your friends and enjoy a proper night out at the club.

🏆 SUNDAY – Captain's Medal
Traditional Medal competition with the Captain's Prize (Major) up for grabs for best Nett score – get your name on the honours board! Plus a Best Gross prize and Nett divisional prizes.

From the moment those gates opened to the final whistle of England's brilliant win at the end of the night — every single moment was absolutely perfect and it was all made possible by the most incredible group of people! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🙌

🎤 Jack O'Malley — you set the tone perfectly and had everyone singing from the very first song!

🌟 Emmie & Ava Mai — two of Bradford's finest and you proved exactly why on that stage today!

🎷 Selah Sounds — those reggae vibes in the sunshine were absolutely everything ☀️

🎸 Shay Neeson — one of our own and you absolutely smashed it as always!

🏆 The Good Citizens — what a headline performance, you were absolutely outstanding and the perfect way to close out the live music!

⏰ TIMINGS
🚪 Gates open: 1:00pm
🎤 First act on stage: 1:30pm

🚨 FINAL ENTRY IS 6:00PM 🚨

🎗️ WRISTBANDS
You'll be given a wristband on entry — keep it on all day! Nipping out and coming back? DON'T take it off ✋

👮 Security on site all day
🎒 Random bag searches on entry — please don't bring anything you shouldn't!
🚫 Outside drinks will be confiscated
❌ Drugs/illegal substances = you'll be asked to leave
