First class done! Sorry I didn't catch you all in the photo. We danced, grooved and smiled our way through some of the best Motown classics! ❤️🎵 "It's the same old song(s)" all week, right through to Monday 7th September.

If you can't make your usual class, you can come to any of the others as they will all be very similar! 🥰

Armed with boxes, paper and a colander, we saw it! We even managed to project it onto the wall inside the hall, above the stage!

It just proves how fab-u-lous you all are! 🤩🥰

Hello everyone! We will be dancing as normal this evening... along with the sun and the moon!

We are at the Memorial Hall at 6.45pm. We will make sure we pop outside to see if we can catch the eclipse, so please do bring your viewing glasses, pinhole projector or colander and paper!

Hello everyone... we are going to be hot stuff again! 🥵

🪩 ALL CLASSES ARE ON AS NORMAL THIS WEEK 💃🕺

We will be taking things easier and lowering the intensity in classes where necessary. 🔥 Remember to always work to your own level. Keep cool whatever way you can!

☀️ Wear loose clothing.
☀️ Sip water after every dance.
☀️ Dampen a towel, place it in the fridge then bring it to class.
☀️ Bring extra fans if you want to.

Aww, just look at those gorgeous, happy, smiling faces at FitSteps on Saturday morning. 😁 THE BEST way to start your day! With class members from 19 to 83, it just proves that FitSteps is suitable for absolutely EVERYONE!
