Always love your Goalkeeper

They have the hardest job on the whole team.

If the Team are doing well - they can feel like a million miles away down the pitch, in the meantime the goalie stands still getting cold and feeling lonely.

Likewise, the goalie is the one who feels all the pressure if a goal is conceded.

So go on show your Goalkeeper some appreciation! We love ours at FGK

Remember you are never to blame, you play as a Team. If a goal is conceded that is due to the efforts of every squad member. It will never lie on the shoulders of one player - not on our Team anyway....... Love your Team, Love your Club and Love your Football

How far this lad has come in a short space of time is staggering! Lucas has become much more confident with diving and he is no longer using his other hand! Which will help cover more of the goal with each save! Amazing work mate!!

Part of being a goalkeeper. This poor man had a choice between trusting his own first touch of playing it off to his centre back. I’d have gone for the touch as well big man!
