Here’s another great testimonial from my Doctor client 💪😊💥

I am very happy to write this testimonial. I had my brain haemorrhage in May 2023 and started therapy with my ARNI instructor, Adrian Smith in October 2023 and I have a weekly session with Adrian.
Firstly, I find him a very friendly person so the sessions are relaxed. Secondly, he maintains for me a good level of overall fitness and strength allowing for my disability. Thirdly, I continue to improve as Adrian is able to adjust the weights and change the types of exercises according to my development.
I can honestly say that without Adrian’s challenging, I wouldn’t be at this stage now with further improvements to come, nearly twenty months after surviving my stroke.

I also would like to take this opportunity of commending him for his work on Doug. Doug had 3 sessions so far & I observed him while working with my husband. We feel like he loves what he is doing and his heart is to get his client well and be able to do the things they used to do. My sister feels the same. She was with us visiting when Adrian first came to our house. He is good and I will not hesitate to recommend him to others. Doug have a good instructor this time. We are feeling positive and we look forward to be able to go out more soon.😊

I’ve been rather quiet as I’ve been working at full capacity with clients, even with people with long covid symptoms it’s been a hard year for all of us. Let’s hope things get a little easier this year it’s going to take time to be honest, so please stay safe and support each other
